MC has complete assembly capability utilizing both individual assembly stations and assembly conveyor systems. MC can finish your product to the stage you require including installation of hinges, casters, major electrical and mechanical subassemblies, etc. Silk-screening and marking can be provided if needed. Products can be shipped in custom cartons directly to your warehouse, to your final assembly facility or to your customer. |

MC’s engineers are specialists, but broad enough in experience to act as project managers on new programs. MC has reduced product costs by suggesting design improvements or by eliminating costly tooling, while keeping in mind the need for a quality, functional part. Our design & manufacturing engineers support project management, joint engineering and simple part manufacturing. CAD systems utilize PRO-E and CAD KEY software. Engineering support and customer assistance have always been key MC assets. Serviced by EDI, our new 4th generation language software and hardware systems, e-mail, Internet and FTP access have brought MC operations up to full speed. We now have in place a solid technological foundation from which to embrace the future. |
